Domain Names: SOON Domain names are not included with our hosting plans, however we do provide domain registration. You do not need a domain name if you are purchasing a reseller account (you can set it up using a fictitious domain name). If you already have a domain hosted elsewhere, you may transfer it simply by changing the DNS (it's very easy--just ask us if you need help). If you need to register a domain name, please go to our domain registration page. Name Servers: Our standard name servers for all accounts are anonymous name servers which point to an anonymous (blank) website. By using our anonymous name servers, you will be able to shield your clients from knowing your hosting source. For reseller (WHM) accounts we also offer the option of setting up your own custom name servers at no additional charge. Your custom name servers will point to our anonymous shared name server IP's. The IP's to use will be listed in your welcome email after you order. If you already have a reseller account with us and you want custom name servers, please contact the sales department and we will tell you what IP's to use.
